Your right to cancel

For standard stock items (film rolls and off-the-shelf gear), you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order and return the item for a full refund, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Return postage is at your cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom 3D prints

Custom-printed items are made to your specification and are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (Regulation 28(1)(b) — goods made to the consumer's specifications). However, if your print arrives damaged or doesn't match the agreed specification, I'll reprint or refund — just contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo.

Damaged or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email orders@monkeys3dprints.co.uk with your order number and a photo. I'll arrange a replacement or full refund including postage.

Refund timeline

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item (or, for damaged/incorrect items, within 5 working days of your email). Funds typically appear in your account within 3–5 days after that depending on your bank.

How to return

Email orders@monkeys3dprints.co.uk with your order number before sending anything back. I'll confirm the return address and next steps.
